    A question We are asked over and over once again is how to make it through the holidays. I’ve created other posts regarding it, but then this got me thinking that there actually isn’t a “holiday season. ” Spinning program so well by that will be, yes there are holidays, but many of us have events throughout the whole year while we are faced with less than desirable foods choices. Should you live in colder climates, January through Apr or so will be your comfort meals time, which is normally heavier food. Let’s not forget Valentine’s Day when most guys head out to eat. There’s also baptisms, first communions, Easter, Passover, etc. Discover mother’s day in May, Father’s day in June. Memorial day time kicks off summertime parties, golfing, BARBECUE season, right? Therefore, it now turns into oh man, just how do I visit these picnics week after week and keep my diet? Right now we hit Labour day big party, local fairs, Halloween party candy, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah, New Yrs. Oh, and of which doesn’t include all the birthdays, wedding events and anniversaries. Do you see a pattern here?

We have to identify if and exactly how we all want to create change in lifestyle to help make it through all of these events.
