    A question I will be asked above and over once more is how to make it through the holidays. I’ve written other posts about this, but then it got me pondering that there definitely isn’t a “holiday season. ” Spinning program so well by that will be, yes there are usually holidays, but all of us have events throughout the whole year while we are faced with less than desirable meals choices. If you live in colder climates, January through 04 or so will be your comfort food time, that is usually heavier food. Let’s not forget Valentine’s Day when most people go out to eat. But look at all the times in one calendar month that could add upward to. They can equal to at least 4 or more periods a month. That’s not once in a while, that is completely sabotaging your own efforts. So you have to make a decision what is more important to a person. Busting your bottom every day, every night, all year with a new clean diet and amazing workout routines to blow it every single single weekend?
